Fitting Guide & Care

S/M: waist size 22-35’’
L/XL: waist size 30-42’’
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up

I ordered a S/M… it’s smaller than I thought so it’s tighter than I need it to be. However I’ve never used a compression belt before so maybe I’ll try to utilize it. Otherwise I might need to order one size up
