GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure timely delivery, please enter your shipping information correctly. It is important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. In the event that the package is returned to LYFTLYFE due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, a shipping fee will be deducted from any credit issued.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to LYFTLYFE, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after the payment is verified. Orders placed after 1pm PST, Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day.

Free Priority Shipping on all orders over USD$125; a flat rate of USD$9.99 for orders under USD$125.

Xpresspost: 1-2 business days (prices vary)

III. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Customers are encouraged to monitor their own shipments using the provided tracking details. If there are any delivery concerns, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment. If an order is canceled after payment is charged but before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee applies. This fee also applies if a risk payment alert is detected.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be liable for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package. These costs will be deducted from any refund.
SHIPPING PROTECTION & DELIVERY CLAIMS
If VIP Checkout is selected at time of purchase, your package will be protected against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Claims must be submitted within
- 7 days of receiving the package if it is damaged.
- 7 days of the tracking update if your package is marked as "delivered" but is lost or cannot be found.
