Return Policy
For US if the Free Returns and Package Protection coverage is purchased at checkout, return shipping costs will be covered, and protection against package damage or loss will be included.
If the coverage is not purchased, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
For Canadian orders, a prepaid return label will be issued, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
For orders from other countries, customers may use any carrier of their choice to return items.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after being received by our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc).
- Refunds: Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If a gift card was used, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Inspections: All returned items must pass inspection (see conditions below) for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant, or any visible wear.
- Functional accessories (e.g., lifting straps, resistance bands, wrist/ankle wraps) cannot be returned.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" and those discounted 50% or more are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item(s) and repurchase through our store.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance with damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will review the request and may offer a replacement or refund.
Restocking Fee
Returns due to undeliverable addresses or refused delivery are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund/credit issued.
