- With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a LYTLYFE E-Gift Card.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charge.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending back your package.
- Please allow 5-7 business days after the return package is received at our warehouse for review. You will receive a confirmation email from us, along with store credit.
- Please print and fill out our RETURN FORM
- Place the items in the original package and send it along with the filled return form. Please note we can not process return without its order number and the original items.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant or wear.
- Items marked as “clearance or final sale” are non-returnable.
- Items purchased at an event/expo are non-returnable or refundable; all sales are final at any type of events
- Items purchased at our retailers can only be returned to or refunded at our retailers
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. You can simply repurchase the item in your desired color and /or size by using store credit issued.
Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team via online contact form. We will replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing the request.

Returns due to an deliverable address or refused by you at the time of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
