We do not offer exchanges, but you can return item(s) by using our online returns portal and repurchase any item.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
- Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after they have been received by our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Within 30 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant or visible wear.
- The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: items marked as “Clearance or Final Sale", items discounted at 30% or more, items which fall under functional accessories such as lifting straps, resistance bands, wrist/ankle wraps.
Should you receive a damaged, defective or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery via our online contact form. We may replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing and approving each request.
- Store Credit: store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days in the form of a LYFTLYFE e-gift card.
- Original payment method: refund will be issued within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Methods
You can ship with any carrier of your choice. For assistance in setting up a return shipment, please contact our Customer Service team. A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after our warehouse team receives and inspects the item(s). It is not our duty to ensure or track delivery, once the package leaves the warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery service provider.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address or refused at the time of delivery, we will issue a restocking fee (10% of your order amount). This will be deducted from the refund amount issued.
