- You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after the package is received at our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charge.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant or wear.
- Items marked as “clearance or final sale” are non-returnable. Any items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Should you receive a damaged, defective or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery via online contact form. We will replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing the request.
We do not offer exchanges, but you can return the item(s) by using online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on the website.
- Refund to store credit (for exchange): store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days in the form of Lyftlyfe e-gift card.
- Refund to the original payment method: refund will be post to your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping Methods
You can ship with any carrier of your choice. You may also have the option to obtain a return shipping label from us and the cost will be deducted from the store credit or refund issued.

Returns due to an undeliverable address or refused by you, the purchaser at the time of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
