Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return form (see Return Procedures below). Please note we do not process exchanges here, we will simply issue you online store credit. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD returns; they will be rejected.
Return Procedures (IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW)
- Please print and fill out our RETURN FORM (click HERE).
- Place the items in the original package and send it along with the filled return form. Please note we can not process return without its order number and the original items.
- Mail your returned item to:
- Your return will be processed once it is received into our warehouse and you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow 5-7 business days to process it.
- You will either receive online store credit in the form of a LYFTLYFE E-Gift Card or refund notification by email
We only accept returns meet the following requirements:
- all items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery
- all items must be in its original unworn, unwashed condition and still have the original tags attached.
- any items that are discounted or stated as “clearance or final sale” are non-returnable
- any items that are damaged after they get shipped out of LTFTLYFE warehouse are non-returnable
- any items that were purchased at an event, show, expo are non-returnable or refundable; all sales are final at any event
- any items that were purchased at our retailers can only be returned to or refunded at our retailers
All items that are returned due to an undeliverable address or refused by you at the time of delivery are subject to a 15-50% restocking fee depends on orders, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Refund and Exchange
- We DO NOT do exchanges here, we will simple issue you the online store credits via email
- For your returns, we will issue you the online store credit in the form of E-Gift Card for your next online purchase. However, we do not credit original shipping charges.
- Items purchased with E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and exchangeable.
- ONLY IN CASE the product is defective or is not what you ordered, we'll refund the total value that you paid plus the return shipping charges. However, you have the option to receive online store credits as well.
- Please note if you receive a defective item or an item that is not what you have ordered, you must report to us by email at email@example.com with your order number within 48 hours of receipt. We will not issue the credits otherwise.
- We can only reimburse you the return shipping fee up to $10. Please send a copy of the receipt of the return shipping charges with your return
