- With limited exceptions, all returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a LYFTLYFE E-Gift Card. Please allow 3-5 business days after the returned package is received at our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charge.
- Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant or wear.
- Items marked as “clearance or final sale” are non-returnable. Any items discounted at 30% of more are considered to be final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items purchased at an event/expo are non-returnable or refundable; all sales are final at any type of events
- Items purchased at our retailers can only be returned to or refunded at our retailers
Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team via online contact form. We will replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing the request.
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. You can simply repurchase the item in your desired color and /or size by using store credit issued.

Return Shipping Methods
You can ship with any carrier of your choice. You can also have the option to get a return shipping label from us and the cost will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), you will be receiving the store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
Returns due to an undeliverable address or refused by you, the purchaser at the time of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
