Return Policy
We offer FREE RETURNS to the US, limited to one free return per order. For Canada, we provide a prepaid label at a flat rate of USD $15, which will be deducted from the refund. For other countries, you can use any carrier of your choice.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 3 business days after being received by our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc).
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Inspections: All returned items must pass inspection (see conditions below) for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant, or any visible wear.
- Functional accessories (e.g., lifting straps, resistance bands, wrist/ankle wraps) cannot be returned.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" and those discounted 50% or more are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item(s) and repurchase through our store.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance with damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will review the request and may offer a replacement or refund.
Restocking Fee
Returns due to undeliverable addresses or refused delivery are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund/credit issued.
