The equipment is very helpful for training at home! I wish it had higher resistance options still but it’s honestly still really great. The added exercise guide was super helpful too.

I love my resistance band set. I use them mostly for rotator cuff exercises and stretching on my off days. But none the less great product if you want to get a pump at home or at the office like I do sometimes lol
