Amazing material

I love all my sets from Lyft Lyfe!! They all fit my body so well! The material is amazingly soft and you can’t see undergarments which I love!! I love looking cute when I work out and I have gotten a lot of compliments on my sets!! I love them!

I didn’t expect them to be so soft, comfortable and breathable. The waist didn’t bind, the leggings stayed in place. I wasn’t tugging at them during my workout and do they hug the body showing all the right curves! I can’t wait to buy them in every color!

Return Policy

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after the package is received at our warehouse.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant or wear.
  • Items which fall under functional accessories such as lifting straps, resistance bands, wrist / ankle wraps are not applicable for return. 
  • Items marked as “clearance or final sale” are non-returnable. Any items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery via online contact form. We will replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing the request. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, but you can return the item(s) by using online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on the website. 

Refund Options

  • Refund to store credit (for exchange): store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days in the form of Lyftlyfe e-gift card.
  • Refund to the original payment method: refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Methods

You can ship with any carrier of your choice. You may also exercise the option to obtain a return shipping label from us and the cost will be deducted from the store credit or refund issued.

Processing Time

Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s). 

Restocking Fee

Returns due to an undeliverable address or refused by you, the purchaser at the time of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

To ensure that your package is delivered within the suggested time frames, please make sure that you enter your shipping information correctly. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect.

All packages are shipped from Canada. Customers ordering outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes vary from country to country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon delivery and the package is returned back to LYFTLYFE, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from any credit issued.

Expedited: 1-7 business days (CAD$14.99)

Xpresspost: 2-4 business days (prices vary)

Free Expedited Shipping on all orders over CAD$100 and a flat rate of CAD$14.99 for orders that are less than CAD$100

II. US ORDERS:

Carrier: USPS

USPS Priority: 3-6 business days (USD$9.99)

Free Expedited Shipping on all orders over USD$100 and a flat rate of USD$9.99 for orders that are less than USD$100

III. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Standard: 6-12 business days (prices vary)

Xpresspost: 4-8 business days (prices vary)

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you refuse any shipments from LYFTLYFE, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of shipping the package back to us. The amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

CANCELLATION FEE

You may cancel or modify your order prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel an order after it has already been charged, buy not shipped there will be a 5% cancellation fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and you are responsible for tracking your parcel. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your package was delivered based on tracking information but you have not received it, please Contact Us within 10 days to submit a claim.
